Do you take insurance?
No, I am an out-of-network provider. I can provide an invoices and superbills for your deductibles.
Do you do only video sessions?
Currently my platform is virtual. I can do video or phone sessions.
If we have a consultation do we have to work together?
There is no obligation to work together after a consultation. It is a good way to assess whether we would be a good fit for working together.
What happens in a consultation session?
We talk about why you are looking for therapy right now, what are some issues coming up, what are some goals you want to work on. We also would do a risk assessment.
IS there an obligation to sign up for a set amount of sessions?
There is no obligation. Some clients have therapy for weeks, others for months and most for years. You are able to leave whenever you like.
